William Cafferata is an Attorney at the city of Corpus Christi. With a JD from St Mary’s University School of Law and MBA from Greehey School of Business, William brings natural leadership and entrepreneurial skills to the business. He is deeply passionate about business and law and has a natural ability to solve business-critical issues and major-scale challenges.
President and Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Cafferata is a Patent Attorney at Thompson Law, having earned his Juris Doctor Graduate from St Mary’s University School of Law as well as his MBA from Greehey School of Business.

Mirza Eka is the founder and Chief Technical Officer who is a web specialist and travel expert with a BS from STIKOM University, majoring in Computer Systems Information. “I’m excited at where TRAVELADVANCES.COM is heading,” says Mirza Eka. “My initial desires for TRAVELADVANCES.COM have definitely been surpassed.”
Together the management team will collectively bare the responsibility of efficiently managing the daily operations of the company. The management team has voluntarily committed to working without compensation until the projected onset of revenue generation in 2023, showing their commitment to the success of TRAVELADVANCES.COM. During the start-up phase, the management team will receive close support from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors includes Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director, Roger Thompson and Rakesh Mittal. Roger is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Akinn Group and an Independent Director of XALQ Bank. Roger brings with him extensive knowledge of the financial industry, having been a Financial Services Executive with HSBC Bank PLC.
Rakesh Mittal has almost 35 years of experience in technology consulting and business process outsourcing. Rakesh has managed IT and BPO businesses worldwide, led over 30 acquisitions and is presently on the board of Newt Global, an SAAS company. A Computer Science graduate of BITS, Pilani, Rakesh completed his executive management program from INSEAD.
