Along with entrepreneur brothers William and Daniel Cafferata, the Board of Directors include Roger Thomson and Rakesh Mittal. Roger is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Akinn Group and Vice Chairman of XALQ Bank. Roger brings with him extensive knowledge of the financial industry, having been a senior Financial Services Executive with HSBC Bank PLC.

Rakesh Mittal has 35 years of experience in technology consulting and business process outsourcing. Rakesh has managed IT and BPO businesses worldwide, led over 30 acquisitions and is presently on the board of Newt Global, an SAAS company. A Computer Science graduate of BITS, Pilani, Rakesh completed his executive management program from INSEAD.
